Kim Rand has three certifications to her credit, all RYT.
Her training has been with many wonderful teachers: Yogi Vishvketu, Matthew Sanford, Richard Freeman, Stephan Cope, Anna Forest, Shiva Rea, and Bikram Choudray.
For the last year her studies have been at The Karuna Center for Yoga and The Healing Arts, studying the Iyengar method with Eileen Muir. Kim has traveled to India and parts of Asia, studying many different lineages of yoga while touring that mystical part of the world. After her travels she was certified to teach Bikram Yoga.
She returned to India several years later to spend months living in an ashram in the foothills of India. It was at this time she studied under Vishveket getting her certification in Akhanda yoga.
Utilizing many different styles of yoga, Kim creates a space that inspires students to feel compassion and commitment to their practice.
She has an open heart and brings love and inspiration to her classes, providing a safe and peaceful environment.
Her classes bring body awareness through a focus on breath and alignment to gain strength and flexibility with the connection of body, mind and spirit.
