Rates
Regular classes are an hour and a half.
Class:  $13 per class
Private In Studio:  $60 for 90 minutes
Group Private In Studio:  $75 (2-4 people) for 90 minutes
Travel to Private:  $75 for 90 minutes

Gift Certificates & Pre-Paid Class Cards are Available.

Gentle 1
Appropriate for beginners and those wanting a slower paced class. Basic postures with a focus on breath, body awareness, and proper alignment will be taught. There will be a short meditation at the end of the class.

Gentle 2
Taking time to relax and restore is essential to living well in this culture. This class will guide you through a series of restorative postures, including inversions, designed to deeply relax and reduce stress, tension, and fatigue. These postures allow the organs to be stimulated and soothed. Inversions reverse gravity, bringing nutrients to organs and glands, enhancing heart function, and improving the nervous and immune systems. Props are used to support and comfort your body, open your chest, and gently stretch your hips, back, and neck as you rest in the poses. Restorative postures are deeply relaxing to the entire being.

Warm Flow Fusion
Influenced by Akhanda yoga and Bikram, this class allows you to move more deeply into classic hatha yoga postures. There is a focus on breath and alignment to bring balance, concentration, strength and flexibility to your practice. All levels are welcome to enjoy this self-awakening, vigorous class.

Meditation
The union of meditation and asana creates the spiritual balance, both inward and outward, that leads to true peace and serenity.
The class focusses on learning a variety of meditative techniques, using breath, visualizations, and sound to strengthen and deepen the meditative state.
By altering and blending the use of these techniques, one can strengthen and develop his or her own practice.
