Akhanda yoga is intended to offer holistic, integrated yoga. It is balance in a sequencing of asana, pranayama, relaxation, and meditation.
This integral approach to yoga is intended to give students access to more diverse teaching and techniques that yoga has to offer.

Gentle
This class will guide you through a series of restorative postures, including inversions,
designed to deeply relax and reduce stress, tension, and fatigue. These postures allow the organs to be stimulated and soothed.
Inversions reverse gravity, bringing nutrients to organs and glands, enhancing heart function, and improving the nervous and immune systems.
Props are used to support and comfort your body, open your chest, and gently stretch your hips, back, and neck as you rest in the poses.
Restorative postures are deeply relaxing to the entire being.
Warm Flow Fusion
Influenced by Akhanda yoga and Bikram, this class allows you to move more deeply into classic hatha yoga postures. There is a focus on breath and alignment to bring balance, concentration, strength and flexibility to your practice. All levels are welcome to enjoy this self-awakening, vigorous class.
